Join our popular Monday evening class where I’ll lead you through a gentle Hatha / Vinyasa flow class to create strength and spaciousness within and feel good within your body and mind. So you can continue your week feeling strong and relaxed, and a little more at ease with the world.

Vinyasa Flow / Hatha Yoga

Your mid-week Yoga fix. Re-set your systems and enjoy a creative Hatha / Vinyasa Flow class that eases you in gently with some meditation & breathing techniques, turns up the volume of life within you, and sees you come full circle with a delicious restorative sequence, always finishing in the maybe most important (and most delightful) posture of the hour – “Shavasana”.

Yin & Restorative Yoga

Yin yoga is a delicious practice to nourish mind, body and heart. It invites us to slow down, to sit with ourselves, and just be still. We hold postures for longer periods of time which lends it a beautiful meditative quality. Yin yoga is a wonderful tool to open up our hearts, calming our nervous systems, and providing a space for the body and mind to deeply relax.

Round up your week with a combination of strength work, restorative practices and meditation to keep body and mind in check, ready to start the weekend. Whatever it may bring.
